Crispy Grilled Shrimps

Eversince the grill cooking mode in the Microwave oven at home was discovered its raining grilled chicken,fish and shrimp .Owing to the zero oil aspect in this style of cooking its the most welcome dish at home on weekends and also on busy weekdays.With my friends at work too eagerly waiting for me bring them such delicacies the frequency of preparing these wonderful low fat non vegetarian items is high .Sanjeev usually buys them the previous evening while returning from work and I marinate them at night post dinner much aganist the wishes of my son and let is refrigerate until morning.This not only adds to the taste of the dish but also saves time while you are juggling in the kitchen.This is one superhit dish and worth an attempt for the accolades I received.






Ingredients
1)Shrimp - 1 kg
2)Egg white - 2 eggs
3)Chilli powder - 2 tsp
4)Black Pepper Powder - 2 tsp
5)Curry leaves - 1 handful
6)Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbp
7)Garam Masala - 1 tsp
8)Corn flour - 1 tbp
9)Bread crumbs for rolling the prawns
10)Salt to taste
11)Jeera Powder - 1/2 tsp
12)Lemon juice - 2 lemons
13)Lemon rind - 1 tsp
14)Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
15)Olive oil - few droplets for greasing

Procedure
1)Peel,devein and wash the shrimp thouroughly under running water.Drain out the excess water and keep it aside.
2)Blend egg white,chilli powder,Black Pepper Powder,Curry leaves,Ginger Garlic Paste ,Garam Masala,Corn flour,Salt,jeera Powder,Lemon juice ,Lemon rind and turmeric powder to a fine paste.
3)Gently squeeze out the excess water from the shrimp and marinate in the above paste.
4)Refrigerate it overnight.
5)Preheat the greased crusty plate at 180 degree Centigrade.
6)Place the shrimps coated with bread crumbs with even spacing between them and cook in microwave + grill mode for 15 - 18 mins turning their sides after ever 7-9 mins.
